Tamera Sue Dawahoya turned 51 on January 8th, 2022. She was born in 1971 to her mother, Delarita Dawahoya, and her father, Raymond Palmer in Phoenix, Arizona.
She was raised in Bylas by her aunt Eliza Kenton, until the age of 12. She then moved to Phoenix where she lived out her life until her untimely death. Tamera studied hard in school, achieved good grades, became an honor student, and began working at the age of 16. She then pursued her career in management with Gila River Casino and Casino Arizona for over 25 years.

She is survived by her two daughters, Capri and Chelsea Dawahoya, her sister Jennifer Dawahoya and her two nephews, Josiah Dawahoya and Jayden Jackson.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022, beginning at 8:00 a.m. followed by a graveside service all at the Black Point Cemetery.
