George Devon Shurtz was a kind and gentle man who loved spending time with his family & friends. He passed into eternity on June 9, 2022, with his loving family at his side. George was born on October 16, 1935, in Central, Arizona to parents Jesse Lavon Shurtz & Naomi Cluff Shurtz.
A viewing will be held on Thursday evening, June 16, 2022, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel and again on Friday morning, June 17th at 9:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Solomon Chapel. Interment will be in the Central Cemetery following services.
